Teen Nutrition

My goal with teen clients is to ensure they understand food is fuel, establish a healthy relationship with food, and get adequate physical activity. I work on developing smart eating habits that will match their busy schedules and set the foundation for lifelong healthy eating (I also have the advantage of not being their parents telling them what to eat). With my older teen clients, I get them ready to make the transition to college.
